Συναγερμός σήμανε το βράδυ της Πέμπτης στο αεροδρόμιο του Μάντσεστερ στην Αγγλία, λόγω ύποπτου πακέτου που εντοπίστηκε στο Τέρμιναλ 2.
Ο τερματικός σταθμός εκκενώθηκε άμεσα για προληπτικούς λόγους, για να μπορέσουν οι Αρχές να διερευνήσουν την επίμαχη τσάντα, όμως λίγο αργότερα η λειτουργία του Τέρμιναλ επέστρεψε στους φυσιολογικούς του ρυθμούς.
